Two Nights: Tentatively Jan 26th and 28th
Same program on Tuesday and Thursday. Aim is to get larger share of parent population. Parents choose 2 sessions per night. 6:30-8:30
Structure:
General lesson plans made by 2 staff (1 for K-2 and 1 for 3-5)
K-2 Reader’s Workshop—team of 2 teachers
3-5 Reader’s Workshop—team of 2 teachers
Writer’s Workshop by grade-level—6 individual teacher presentations.

• and how guided reading is one piece of the reader’s workshop

• real-time demo of writer’s workshop with kids too time-consuming/detailed
